ASP-PS

ASP PS is a specially designed cutting oil emulsifier to work in higher TDS and can sustain the extreme extent of water hardness. ASP PS is free of Rosin, SPS and Biocides. ASP PS gives excellent performance in higher TDS and water hardness.

Properties & Performance

ASP PS has to be used 4 % w/w in water to get the better performance. It gives very good performance at any TDS and any hardness. 3 to 4 % in water will give excellent corrosion protection and very low foam. ASP PS when used at 4 % w/w as water-based rust preventive which can protect parts up to six months.

Applications related information

Aqueous solution ASP PS should be filtered through a muslin cloth to reuse it. Aqueous solution ASP PS might turn from transparent to slight milky depending upon the hardness of water or the standing time. Some slight waxy suspended particles might be seen on standing which will not affect the cutting and corrosion performance. This will get mixed during pumping.

Caution: ASP PS should not be mixed with any other cutting oil emulsifier; this will cause separation. Also, ASP PS based cutting oil should not be mixed with any other cutting oil.

Note: Do not heat above 60^OC
