ASP 100
ASP 100 is a specially designed cutting oil emulsifier to work in higher TDS of water. ASP 100 is free of Rosin, SPS, Amides and Biocides. It is a mixture of specially formulated esters of edible oil fatty acids to suit the purpose. It gives excellent performance in higher TDS and water hardness.

Performance
ASP 100 has to be used 12.5 to 13 % w/w to get better performance. It gives very stable emulsion up to 750 ppm and 400 TDS. The emulsion will give excellent corrosion protection and foam stability (Defoamer has to be added in the cutting oil formulation if problems related to foaming arise).
ASP 100 can be used in SN 70 and HA up to 12.5 to 13 % level to get equivalent performance. 5 to 10 % HA in SN 150 and SN 70 will increase the performance of the formulation.
Total Replacement of SN70 & SN150 by HA will give excellent performance and can be used as temporary rust preventive to protect the parts for 7 – 10 days in indoor conditions.
Note: ASP 100 emulsion should not be mixed with any other cutting oil emulsifier, this will cause separation. Thus, ASP 100 based cutting oil should not be mixed with any other cutting oil. To change the cutting oil thorough cleaning of storage and pit has to be done.
Note: Do not heat above 60OC.
